[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
I purchased a samsung 415l rt42m553.. Refrigerator 6 months ago in june 2018. And the fridge has now stopped working, raised a complaint on 27th december 2018. The service agent mentioned that the main board has to be replaced and told us that the part would be replaced in two days i. E., by 29th december (Today). The customer service didn't follow it up with me, and i had to call up the guy, later he mentioned they can only get it by 31st december. I asked them if it can be done earlier, upon which he mentioned that he'll check n call me in half an hour. Didn't receive any calls from them for couple of hours, again i called them back, for which they mentioned they'll receive the part only by 2nd of january. I don't understand why it takes 6-7 days for a part to be shipped from noida to bangalore. Instead of keeping the customer in dark, the correct dates have to be mentioned. Also, why should a new fridge have pcb issues. Pathetic product and pathetic customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
