Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
We purchased the product in the month of 29/05/2013 with the warranty period of one year but the warranty of compressor was of 10 years. We already have tried repairing the defect of compressor around six times but all in vain and samsung customer service is not co-operating. Therefore, we need to have the paid amount back including all the expenses which we have paid in the reparation of this product. Was this information helpful? | |||
