Bad service-1st complaint registered on line chat in october an authorised service engineer came and replaced the thermostat which went bad in 1 month
Again complaint registered - this time on the toll free no and again an engineer turns up-from a different authorised service centre-and agin the thermostat was changed - with a 6 month warrenty for the part
In december the same situation-the fridge does not cool

The folks on the on line chat are intrested in chatting not to provide solutions beyond booking a complaint

I regret I do not have the said information with me-this info came by SMS and I do not have back ups off the same
however what I do have is the Cash receipts provided by the folks who came to repair the Fridge
