[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator not working

I purchased Samsung refrigerator 370LTR dated 15.08.16, after two months, it stop working, ice formation issue in freezer & back side of the refrigerator,
many time contact Samsung for problem, they visited 3 times for resolution but unable to resolve the issue,
now they didn't give any target date for resolution or didn't suggest the solution
request you to help me for better resolution

niehter samsung contact me nor any resolution were provided, complaint is closed by samsung without any resolution, i didnt get any mail regarding resolution or furhter action by samsung
