[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator not working | |||
I purchased samsung refrigerator in year 2017 and 3 months before it stopped working i registered a complaint to costumer care but very slow action was taken then again a month after repair the same problem is faced by me The work and product is very unsatisfactory and the service of customer service is really worst i request to take an immediate action against samsung as it's not a product of 1000 or 2000 but is worth 65000 (Sixty five thousand inr) and the technician is not responding to complain and ignoring the problems of the customer's so please it a request to take a strict action Was this information helpful? | |||
