A pathetic. Fridge i must say. I paid 59000 for this fridge. Disappointed with samsung, the product, the service. Ice formation in the lower fridge. The engineer manjunath in bangalore updated the software. He mentioned that this model had a design problem. Still ice formation is there. Worst part food ets spoilt in a day. Water has to be drained every day!!! Tried escalation but samsung not responding. They want me to change the software for which i am to pay another 4000/-.. That too warranty is only 3 months..
