Dear Sir I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 15th April'19 under the scheme of 15% cashback on icici credit card. Firstly the dealer with whom I did this transaction took payment on 15th April and delivered my refrigerator on 26th April which was really a pathetic delivery service from Samsung or so called dealer 'MS Electro Plaza', NIT, Faridabad. Suddenly after two months I received a mail from Samsung which shows that your transaction of refrigerator got cancelled and we are taking back our Samsung smart club points which I ignored because I was least bothered about those points. But as my 90days are going to be over soon, when I contacted Samsung Customer Care for the cash back, they say that they will get back to me soon but still no reply from there side. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem of cash back as early as possible. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
