[Resolved]  Samsung India — refrigerator... shameful experience with samsung...

I ordered a samsung refrigerator from electronic paradise indirapuram (Up) on 29th of december 2018 which got delivered to my address on 5th of january 2019, however it was a damaged model and thus i asked for replacement of the model.
The company personals took back the new fridge as well as the old one which was to be exchanged...
Till date i have only been receiving fake commitments from samsung officials about the delivery of my order however nothing has been delivered till date and it had already been almost a month...
It had been such a shameful experience from a brand leader like samsung and that too for such an expensive product...
I am desperately looking for an immediate resolution to my concern...

I am using Samsung J8 six months Mobile, Suddenly it got blast in my home. I have given the mobile in service centre for service, but they denied for service. Giving estimation for 28000Rs, I brought this new mobile for 18000.Samsung is cheating customers.
