[Resolved] Samsung India — refused to service samsung refrigerator | |
Hi team samsung, i am extremely disappointed to tell you that i have lodged a complaint ([protected]) regarding repair of my 5 year old samsung refrigerator... But the service engineer refused to service the refrigerator saying the part is not available... When i contacted the customer care team, they too have shown their inability to provide any help... I am extremely surprised and shocked to learn that a company like samsung can simply refuse to service its own product... Just five years old... Was this information helpful? | |
