Samsung India — regarding major issue in samsung s10 | |||
Hello, i recently purchased Samsung S10 and yesterday all of a sudden my display starts flickering and turns into green color with that there's an issue of overheating in phone and as soon i visited Samsung service center they are telling me to get display changed free of cost as they won't be able to replace the phone because it has been more than 14 days since the purchase of the phone but this is totally unacceptable and i won't let any engineer to open my phone as i have not spent 60k on this phone just to get repair within 4 months of purchase even that without my fault.I never expected this kind of service from Samsung for it's the latest flagship phone. Kindly fix the issue ASAP so that i don't have to knock the doors of higher authorities because i don't want to suffer because of Samsung's fault. Was this information helpful? | |||
