My request is that i have placed a order on 15th january a smartphone samsung on7 pro. Today i got it early in the morning. When i opened the box i was surprised to know that it is not my order that i placed it is very light weight and i placed the order of old model of samsung on 7 pro.
My request is that i would like to replace it and i want to buy samsung galaxy j4 plus. Now i only opened the box but did not use the device. So i heartly request you to please replace or exchange my order with samsung j4 plus.
