[Resolved]  Samsung India — regarding order id [protected]. earbuds missing

Dear sir
Mai s10+ ke bundle offer mai samsung earbuds 8th march ko order kiya thha jiska order id [protected] hai. Mujhe aaj 19th march ko packet delivered hua. Jab maine earbuds wale box ko open kiya to uske andar only cable box thha or earbuds nhi thha. Iske regarding maine turant toolfree number mai aapke representative se talk kiya ki aage mai kiya kru. To unhone reply diya aap some snap samsung store ko mail kijiye. So mai some snap attached kr rha hu es mail ke sath.
Plz do needful.

Maine many times mail kiya all snap share kiya but more than 6 days ho chuke hai or mujhe abhi tak koi solution nhi mila hai. Plz give me solution.

I buy a Samsung galaxy m20 mobile last month end[protected] via Amazon India ( I have proof for that ) that mobile hanging verymuch I upset from this mobile while buying this mobile I thing Samsung is a good company but before it you make me a fool from this problem
