[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding product delivery | |||
I have order for tv on march 17, 2017, my order id #[protected] I was told that delivery will be done in 15-20 days but its still in pending state. I have submitted 100's of query since then but only getting one irritating response : "we would request you to wait as we are awaiting the revert from concerned department. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days." Please do resolve my problem or cancel my order. Was this information helpful? | |||
