[Resolved] Samsung India — regarding replacement of my 64gb evo+ memory card | |
My Samsung evo+ memory card got corrupted which is in warranty period. So I went to service centre named as Balaji Solution pvt. Ltd. Here in Patna 800001. I submitted my memory card on 25th Jan., 18 And they told me that After one month you can get your memory card... But till now i.e. 15th March 18, I didn't receive my memory card. Further they told me that you can get 64gb EVO memory card not EVO+... But I submitted evo+. So why I take evo??????? Can you give me pro+. If not then why are you giving EVO????? So I want my EVO+. Neither evo nor pro+. So please provide my EVO+ as soon as possible... Here below are the attached receipt. So you can check it properly... Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |
