Sir i purchased a Samsung j7 next 32 gb phone in the month aprir 21, 2018. recently i observed that my ear phones port is not functioning. i went to Samsung service center at resapuvanipalem at vizag, andhrapradesh. Now the technician is telling that its motherboard is not functioning and its not comming under any warranty and the reapir cost will be 10000/- by which i can purchase a new mobile. now u tell me, is it the correct way of your service toward a customer. so kindly do the needful. mybill no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
