[Resolved] Samsung India — replace or repair for basic charge | |||||
Respected team I broght samsung j7 max mobile 29 sept 17 with home loan And using samsung all familly memeber because samsung is good and brand compny and service is awesome but sir last week my smartphone was suddenly down in basin in night and i was scared and switch off immediately then next day going to samsung service center and i was discussed they said okay and said that the water damage is made chargeble basis that time i ma said how much they said after checking i will tell you. After 3 hours i m calling to service center that time they said technically issue like board and all issue and said to me 12700 charges i was shocked how this possible this is not major problem my end because not any lot of water in going to hanset basic trick i know im handle very well sir i m using last 5 years samsung smartphones and all familyy same but sir noe j7 max is price 15000 online and usinfg only 3 moths this is foe shocking me.3 monthly loan are pending sir please help me plz do need Team please look into my matter and please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
