Samsung India — replacement of tv - very bad service from samsung

Our samsung tv had to be repaired in may 2017. Since then so many service reps have come home, checked on the tv, supplied at least 3 replacement tvs which were also reported to be defective. The replacement tvs which were defective were also taken back within few weeks of installing them. As of jan 2018, we are still stuck with our old tv with no effort made by samsung to replace it.
We have already paid an advance of 5k for the replacement.
We demand that the tv be replaced with another one that is not faulty, free of cost for all the delay and appauling service rendered by samsung.
