[Resolved] Samsung India — replacement or refund against non repairable refrigerator | |||
I bought Samsung RT50H5809SL - 495LT refrigerator 5 years back spening my hard earned money Rs. 51000. At many occasions in past i logged complaints about water sweating and leakage and they corrected. now suddenly there was drop in cooling. Technician told its design flaw as due to water seepage MS pipe got rusted and Gas leakage started. Now even Samsung is not able to repair it and asked us to scrap it. Neither they are replacing it nor giving me refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
