Respected sir I purchased samsung note9 during pre launch offer. Till date i am facing n number of problems which all are recorded with proofs at customer care. Mr mayank who address him self as supervior of customer care team called me from samsung helpline number, his team mates are gaurav, sapna and sandeep. He talk to me in very rude manner, he make fun by saying many lines like "go back with this broken phone or else company will dispose it" and aap apna tuta phone le jao service center se, etc Pls listen the call at customer care number [protected].
