I have placed new mother board and paid amount of rs 3000 (Initial) and later a week, i withdraw the placed order. Samsung customer service persons (Vijayraj, ram and ramesh from tiruvannamalai branch) approached my parents and given rs 2800 and forcing them to give invoice. Even though they are senior citizens, they approached and misbehaved very badly. My parents asked about remaining amount and invoice for that amount but they spoken very badly and called many persons immediately. Nearly 18 persons gathered and came to my home and behaved like kanthuvatti karan. Why samsung customer care behaving like this and ramesh and vijayraj bring the samsung brand and their reputation down..

Give justice to the common people.

Vijayraj and ramesh from tiruvannamalai branch used very bad words with my mother and insulted in the street.
If any thing happen to my parents will samsung will justice to them.
I have an evidence for the persons who gathered and insulted.

Behave like human being and you insulted my parents for asking the invoice for rs 200.

Mr. Hong, if samsung is genuine product and having some human sense. Reply and justice to my parents. Dont behave like kanthuvatti. Why showing rowdyism against senior citizens.
