[Resolved] Samsung India — rude customer service agents and service | |||
I bought a washing machine from samsung and requested an installation and d emo from the service personnel. They promised a demo at 10am first and then at 7pm in the evening and never turned up. Simply moved the installation to next day without even thinking that the customer has made plans according to this demo. I bloody canceled my meeting and made myself free for today, pushed all my work to tomorrow just to find out that i need to make time tomorrow again. They are not even sorry all they said that anyways you called only today we should just assume that a day or 2 delay is given... So typical!! And worst is the rude tone with what they talk "fine do it on your own" attitude. Why the hell are you so rude to me wen you screwed my plans for 2 days and now they are not even coming. This is how you treat your loyal customers... No wonder you are losing your "loyal" customers Was this information helpful? | |||
