[Resolved] Samsung India — s8+ cashback not received | |||
After several complaints and over 97 days i have not received cash back of rs 4, 673. As per the receipt and policy i should have received the cash back long before 90 days. My details are Contact : [removed] Reference no : [protected] Product purchased : s8+ This is frustrating experience. Even the reverse pick up has not yet been done.I have called costumer care and emailed them numerous times but they are only saying that you will be replied tomorrow . I have purchased a high valued product Rs.40, 000 from them and they are treating me like this.I only want them to replace this mobile as soon as possible.
