[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j7 | |||
Hi i'm sangeetha senthil, I bought my samsung galaxy j7 on march 31st 2017... At first the phone worked as much as better.. But after april month my phone is not getting charged. Even in the charger given in it's box.. While charging it shows charge is 97% and after using for 10 mins the charge comes down to 60%.. If i went any where in emergency situation what can i do with this phone.. And also the phone is getting hanged while using... This is my first own mobile.. But this mobile has so many problems... I have 1 year warrenty for this mobile... Tell me any solution fast... Was this information helpful? | |||
