[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung 4k tv

Im very disappointed from samsung sarvice. I purchased samsung 4k led (Model code - ua49mu6470). It don't support 2k dvr video. I connected dvr with hdmi but it did not support. It support only hd video. Two member of samsung company came and check it but they have no solution. We are very disappointed. I am sending screenshot please check it. Please provide solution as soon as possible otherwish i have to go conusemer protection court..
