This is to inform u that I am shanmuga I bought a new Samsung A50 and it is not responding to the battery huge battery draining problem and heat is also generating more and more. So it is not responding for any other things also, so it may be some technical issues and also not supporting the gaming and also more of mainly battery is too much draining that's the more problem so I think it will be help full to me to take the proper issues regard Samsung. We went to Samsung service center they also told it can't be replaced and we or not satisfied with customer care also.
