[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung-a50-mobile-defective handset | |||
We are continuously facing the issue with this mobile, it gets disconnected in 30 secs i. E. Call drop in 30 secs, get hang, sometimes while receiving the call phone stop responding (Nightery gets disconnected nor able to lift, but the opposite party call starts and we can’t listen anything) after so much observation, we reported issue on 1st april – we reported first issue on call and customer care executive said the problem can be due to ture caller so uninstall and observe for some time, if doesn’t work then do the factory reset, so we removed the true caller first and problem was not fixed so after couple of days we did the factory reset, then we did not faced problem for few days, again the same problem started so we called again on 18th april 18th april – customer care asked us to visit the samsung service center, then we visited service center on 19th april and they said its software issue and updated the software, but next day again the same problem started 21th april – morning we called customer care and they asked us to visit service center and handover the mobile and collect the job sheet and call back for further process, also mentioned that based on service center feedback we may get the replacement, so we handed over the mobile in the evening. (Job sheet number – [protected]) 21st april – evening – after handing over the mobile, to know the further process we called customer care and they mentioned that it is raised and supervisor will call back before 12:00 noon next day (# [protected]) 22nd april – we did not get any call from samsung so we called back around 12:30 pm, they said supervisor is busy and will call back in 30 mins, but we did not get call back, so we called back around 1:30 pm, so after holding of 20 mins we get a chance to speak to supervisor. Supervisor kept us on hold and called service center and then told us that we will get call from service center by evening, but we did not get any call till now, and also he mentioned that if this is not software issue then we will check hardware and replace the faulty part of hardware. Evening we again called customer care at 8:30 pm, we are told that we will get call back from supervisor by tomorrow noon 11th may we again raised the issue 13th may we got a message from customer care to submit the mobile again to service center, since it was not possible for us to go on working day hence 17th may customer care told that they will assign the head office technician as service center technician were unable to find the issue 18th may we submitted the mobile again, we were told we will get response by monday 20th may 20th and 21st may there was no response after calling multiple time not was available to response 22nd may we wrote an email and called they said we will respond by evening there was no response 23rd may and 24th no one was available on call 23rd may we wrote email gain but no response 24th may we added service head so we got email from service center asking fro the details, but post that no response 25th may we called again and unfortunately we are getting response that "we will respond by evening" and now assign the service head technician form head office to find the issue, not sure what was done from 18th till today 25th Never seen such a worst service from a well know brand Moreover every time we visited service center we have noticed most of the customer having complaints in a50 mobile, even service center guys were saying the that a50 mobile has issue, we are really fedup and we are looking forward for the replacement as we cannot leave all work and keep testing the phone and run behind the service center guys Was this information helpful? | |||
