[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung a720 2017 defective mobile

I have purchased samsung's handset on 18/10/17

And in weeks time screen got damaged and i have been given replacement in inr 1000 rupees for which service centre has taken a time of 15 days to give it back. And after four to five days of replacement i have observed blue spots on screen and i went to the service centre they said screen has been damaged internally and there is no fault with the product. Earlier statement was handset is strong and glass is slightly delicate that's why it is damaged now they are saying gorilla glass is strong so no damaged on external but internal'm parts are delicate so it got damaged. There is no damage no scratches nothing on the screen. Eighter it is manufacturing for a poor quality of the product inside or not repaired properly. Samsung service centre people and contact center is clearly dening the replacement. Now i want headset to be replaced oas the quality of the handset is bbq pathetic. I thoughtfulness seeing brand name and paid higher for same configuration compare to comparative products but struggling from last 30 days since i bought this handset.
