[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung a8+ model, regarding : they didn't respond customer | |||
I purchased mobile on 04/08/2018 at Pondicherry, the first problem is got lines in display within 20 days, so I gave to service center they told me only paid then I contacted customer service they service my mobile free of cost, after receiving my mobile with in a week moisture error has been deducted came, so again I went to service they replaced mother board, but after that 4 times same problem repeated, they didn't solve my problem, I asked replacement when first problem occurred but they didn't until now they didn't response they say we cant give replacement, do you think whenever the error showing I have to go to service center they kept my mobile for some days then they return to me again same problem occurred, this is the worst service and worst product ever I seen am writing here to give me replacement, or else I don't have any other option I will file case.
