This is my second complaint. Hope at least they will respond this time. Due to damage of small connection cord of display unit is not working. I have called company technician & after checking the unit he told display unit is alright but due to damage of cord power supply is not going to unit. Hence the cord is to be replaced. But your company technician he wants to get some business for his firm told that entire display unit is to be replaced which costs nearly 2500/-. The company technician is cheating the customer and being a loyal one ror his firm. Pl use your good office to settle the issue-sampath kumar ao,
