[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung ac service agent unethical behaviour | |||
I installed first time samsung split ac from nearby service center. On 19 april 2018 Service agent no. [protected] (R k enterprises), chhatarpur Agent came to home and they are (Two) boys who came to install. They do not have proper drilling machine, so they increase the pipe length (Copper pipe) for which i have to pay extra charges, And during welding the gas pipe they make two burn spot on outdoor unit. And they did not check compressor gas and ask for payment. They said we have checked it. It will cool after some time. Took payment and gone away. Now they are not responding Now samsung msg me your ac installation request is cancelled. Was this information helpful? | |||
