[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung Care Center and Samsung Customers Care Executives are Cheating me | |||
Hello mera naam Ravi hai. maine Samsung Galaxy j2 phone '28-July-2016' ko purchase kiya tha, mere phone se related kuch problem thi jis wajah se maine '[protected]' ko Apna phone Care Center me diya tha, but Care Center k Owner ne mujhe mujhe Uska Jobsheet number '[protected]' ko diya. Usne mujhe koi proof nhi diya aur Apni marji se phone ko open kiya. Fir jab main phone ka status janne k liye duabara care center me geya to Us Owner ne mujhe bola k Aapse Apka phone gir geya tha jis wajah se Usme internal fault ho geya hai, Maine kaha mujhse phone nhi gira aur agar gira hota to ispe kam se kam ek scratch to aata, Actually Us Care Center Wale ke Employee ne mera Phone khola tha wo Usi se toota tha, aur ye ek internal fault tha so Wo Care wala Uska blame mujh pr daal rha tha. Fir maine Iske related Customer care me complaint ki jiska "COMPLAINT NO. [protected]" hai. Fir maine '[protected]' se le kr aaj '[protected]' tak bohut bar call ki but Customer care executives aur Unke Seniors ne mera time he waste kiya hai koi Solution nhi nikaala meri complaint ka. Meri complaint abhi tak unsolved hai. Mere pass Customer care se hu baat-cheet ki recodings padi hui hai . " agar meri problem jaldi solve na ki gai to main Consumer Court me Samsung Company aur us Samsung Care Center wale Owner k against Case karunga... " Was this information helpful? | |||
