Samsung charger not being replaced during guarantee period. during the initial period of purchase the charger was having loose connection and due to busy work schedule working in BPCL I could not go to the shop for replacement and finally I went to Samsung dealer shop in mavellikara he refused to give asking me to get the original box of charger which I had not kept it with me. Kindly do the needful or for such a small issue I will have to publisise the matter and circulate it to all and also give in news.
