[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung defective side by side refrigerator (bought for 1,25,000 inr)

Hello,

I bought a Samsung side by side refrigerator (Model RS58K6417SL) from Samsung Plaza, Medavakkam, Chennai for INR 1, 25, 000 (S/N 0FKZ4ABH800058R).
The refrigerator ice formation and crush dispenser was not working from day one. Tried many calls with showroom and till date not even one person visited and fixed the issue.

Additionally, the refrigerator stopped working few weeks back. After several calls to customer care, the service engineer conveyed that the entire coil needs to be replaced along with the compressor. Now they took the fridge from my home to the service center and there has been absolutely no updates at all.

Wondering how the compressor and the entire coil set will go off within a short time (2 years approx).

I believe I have received a faulty product and also not able to use the Ice dispenser for the purpose we bought for,

Everyday we are making call to know the status. Now we are hearing that many things have to be changed which will cost more than 10, 000 INR.

It has been 13 days and counting.

Request to do the needful immediately. Also if there is an option to change the refrigerator to a new or upgraded one, I would like to go with.
