Purchased the above mobile from you which delivered on 07.12.16. The device is always showing that the storage is full and delete files. Though I delete all files stored in the device the same message is showing again. I presume that the storage capacity in the device is always remain full which cannot rectify. Request you to kindly replace the same.

Updated by Saroj Adhikari Purchased the above mobile on 07.12.2016 with 1 yr manufacturer warranty period. Whenever I transfer the files from device to SDCard, the same cannot be transferred to SD card showing message the storage capacity is full delete files. When deleting files, it is not done. Since it is within warranty period, Kindly replace it.
