[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy a50 continuous heating issue from day 1 | |||
I am pradeep kumar ([protected]), purchase Samsung galaxy A50 on 7.7.19 and from day 1 it is continous heating and burn my ear while listning call and hand always get heated due to phone heating issue. Also some smoke came from phone ear speaker while attending call as well as ear spearker mall functioning. I have submitted my phone on service centre on 12.7.2019. As per service centre there is no problem in phone phone alwayes heated. I am also using samsung phone and other company phone they never heated. As per samsung policy if issue occure with in 7 days of purchas, DOA to be provided. Please provide new good and healthy phone against DOA.
