[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung galaxy a7 2017 mobile phone | |||
I got a problem with my mobile phone display screen.it got broken down due to sudden fall from height.later i approached the service centre immediately the next day.they told me that it will cost around 7500 rupees and i have to 5000 rupees as advance inorder to do the repair.this took place on date 07-04-17.till date .my mobile is not repaired and im facing trouble daily.when i call to the branch manager, he is not even answering my call .even if he answers the call he says some silly stories and escapes from there.later he wont respond at all.im a doctor . i have a lot of work with my smartphone. i have all my contacts and personal details in that mobile.it is very difficult for me without that mobile.
