Samsung India — samsung galaxy c9 pro overheating during charging and discharging soon, sometimes got hanging and screen was blank

Dear sir,

This is very bad experience to purchase new phone as overheating during charging and some time hanging issue with normal using,

I got disappointed with samsung as purchase premium quality phone.

Please replace the phone with new one otherwise i will go for legal as have some snap of error occurred.
