I have purchased the above product on 18/01/2018. After 8 months battery charge draining fastly and the device gets heat while charging and after on use . I have reported to the nearest customer care at kollam, kerala, India on 20/09/2018. They returned the set after service on 22/09/2018. They told that they have replaced teh battery and charging slot. But the problem was not solved. Again I submitted the phone on 24/09/2018 and returned to me the set only on 29/09/2018.. Still the problem exists.So I request to make necessary arrangements to replace the set intermediately Was this information helpful? | |
