[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung galaxy j7 prime | |||
Hello sir, I have purchased Galaxy j7 prime last month and i am facing serious issues with this device i have repaired this handset from customer care once and again other issues are coming. New problems. This handset has hanging issues, giving electrical shocks, sim networks are not there, no internet and now customer care is not listening to my issues. All i want is to replace this handset as this has some major issues thay i dont think i can continue with even after another repair. If you still want to repair then please give me in written that this problem will not come agian and company or custimer care must take responsibility for any mishappening .
