[Resolved] Samsung India — uhd damaged tv is delivered | |||
Dear team, I have taken samsung uhd tv from reliance degital. It worked well for 1 month and very next day the entire display is damaged. When i have consulted samsung call center and reliance they are denoying to replace the tv and technician told me that if at all we want repair of existing tv we have to pay 50k. Cost of tv is 1 lakh. And i am a middle class family person. The tv delivered is damaged Was this information helpful? | |||
