I have ordered a samsung galaxy note 9 with order id#[protected] from shop. Samsung.com/in on 23rd august 2018 till now i have not recieved the product nor i have a confirmation from samsung regarding cancellation and refund, customer service is poor, they talk very rudely when i ask for my money Samsung is very poor in customer satisfaction that too for flagship.
