[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung grand prime faulty product | |||||
Bought the new grand prime on 16th Feb 2015, the mobile set is now found defective in a time span of 18 months. Send to service center for rectifying and paid 500 rupees for new charging port . On 1st oct again the mobile went off and now they are again asking for Rs 1000 for battery got drained off. In the name of repair now the main button also is not working. IS this defective china model hand sets send to fool india customers ? Why should a mobile which cost Rs 14000 will have a battery getting drained of in 18 months? Smamsung seems to be cheating customers with high end mobile set been sold and found faulty in 1 year itself. Was this information helpful? | |||||
