Hello my name is Rohan I bought a samsung j5 2015 on 23september 2015 After a month a battery problem is detected that is the phone will dead by power off automatically, when the charging remains 35%. I complained about it at service centre then they say that it will become good after repairing then i repaired my phone in service centre 3times within 1 year but the phone didnot work properly and the problem continuous and now the members of your complaint centre are now saying that the phone will not be repaired ever.
