[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j5 prime automatic factory reset twice in a day | |||
Dear samsung team, I face the automatic factory reset problem from 12th may 2018. Every day minimum one time this problem faced. I go to the samsung service centre on 19th 2018. Then one your service engineer said need to softweare update and done same day. But i faced same problem today (20th may 2018). What is this?
