My phone is suddenly switched off on 27th jan 2017 (purchase date of the phone is 05.07.2016) one of the worst phone i even seen now days in samsung.. past several days i am continuously contacting them regarding my phone.. still they giving stupid answer part is not available. Its almost one month now.. still they awaiting for the part.. I need refund i dont want to use samsung phone any more now.. this is my third phone which giving problem with in warranty period.
