1. I am writing this complaint for bad service.

2. I have visited the service centre on 16 nov 18 and deposit my handset for display change. My bill no is [protected] (Copy attached) for your reference.

3. The representative has promised to deliver my handset on 22 nov 18. I have paid
Rs. 2000/- through paytm and left over the service centre.

4. Due to my service execengies i came back to allahabad. When i was call on 23 nov 18 for mob collection, my handset was not ready and the department said to deliver later. After two or three days i have received a call from samsung service centre to collect the mob after repair. My handset was been collected by my relative on 26 nov 18 and paid rest of the amount rs. 2491/-

5. After few days finally my handset came to me in allahabad. When i start using my mob suddenly the display has totally loose. I was totally disappointed. Thereafter i went to allahabad samsung service centre on 4 dec 18. He told me that your handset has been handed over to you without tapping. I requested for taping. The representative tole me that you have to pay charge of rs. 650/-. I came back to my house.

6. Then i start calling samsung customer care no to resolve my issue. After so many attempts finally my complain has filed (Complain no [protected] and refused no[protected].

7. I am a service personnel and having my own family. Now a days mob is very essential part of our life. Due to your bad service i have suffered a lot of tension.

8. I think samsung is a unique brand and believable in customer worldwide. People love this brand for it's unique service and function.

9. It's my humble request to resolve my above mentioned issue on priority.
