[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j7 prime (Auto set off) | |||||
Dear sir, I have bought Samsung J7 prime on 21.12.16 and on the very next day I have found that my phone restarted thrice while using camera, phone call and also sometimes while charging. I went to the Service centre which is situated at Devghar, Jharkhand and they have updated the software and again while using camera the phone restarted in front of the worker of Samsung care. He received again to make it as D.O.A But after 2 hours he called me to receive the phone. He said within 2 hours the phone has not restarted. So there is no problem. But yesterday when I got the phone after 2 hours again the phone restarted. So please change this phone. I know there will be problem in future. So Please replace it.
