Dear team,

I am having samsung - rv511 laptop. I am getting issue to install and update the bluetooth driver. Kindly find the screenshot of error message for your reference and resolve my query as soon as possible. And i am geting trouble to update window from 7 to window 10.in my laptop there is issue that some drives i can't install.
