[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung ml-2166w printer | |||||
I have lodged an official service request over a week ago and escalated it to the CEO's office. I am an NRI who is trying to settle back to India by getting involved in philanthropic projects. I am appalled at the customer service provided by major international corporations like Samsung. They have service agents who do not seem to care for the customer as they have their own agenda when and if, they will repair the product. My printer is new and has been purchased only a few months ago. I have several Samsung products in use including another wireless printer in Australia but did not have any issues. The tragedy is even after having escalated to the CEO's office there has hardly been any traction in getting the fault fixed. Seriously, I am also considering if I can escalate to Samsung, South Korea to impress upon them the state of affairs in service to Indian customers. Even the Indian CEO's office has been of little or no help. I would think India would be a large market for Samsung in-view of the huge mobile market. I hope something will be done at least now.
