I bought samsung j2 pro 2016. The product auto restarts frequently and overheating withi 10 days of buying. It is not resolved though serviced for 5 times. The problem is still worse. The company is not also responding. The product does not have a life time of 10days. The samsung company is not replacing or refunding this defective product after so many phone calls. They are giving irresponsible answers. I'm totally depressed due to their irresponsibility. Kindly do in my favour Was this information helpful? | |||||
